Currency
All transactions are processed as GBP payments and no other currency payment can be made.

Availability & Delivery
We aim to despatch within 3 working days of receiving your order and you should allow at least 5 working days for your delivery to arrive.

In an unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.  If an item is out of the stock as part of an order of items we will send the remainder of your order and forward the out of stock item as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery Charges
Goods are sent within the UK only and are free delivery if over the value of £50.  For orders under £50 there is a postage and packaging charge of £4.50 per package. 

We may send your order in more than one package.  All orders are sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature.

VAT Number
EF Medispa is part of The Beautiful Body Company registered VAT no. 848 2299 88.

Returns Policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 7 working days of receiving their goods provided the goods have not been opened, used or tampered with.  If the goods are not returned by recorded delivery the customer will be liable for the goods should they not be received back at EF MediSpa. If you have purchased an Alpha MediPod and it is faulty can you please call us directly. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation provided the order has not already been sent.  All refunds are less the cost of the credit card transaction of 5%.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks which may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details.   EF MediSpa reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Complaints Policy
All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
